Spring water from mount Uludađ reaches water
distribution tanks through PE pipelines that are in
accordance with the Food Codex, without losing its
natural taste and then this spring water is stored
in our plant.
Natural spring water reaching
from the peaks of the Uludađ is carried to the
filling chamber via conveyors under filtered
positive air pressure.
Then the water is filled into bottles by fully
automatic filling machines and the bottles are
capped immediately.
The chemical, microbiological and sensory laboratory
analyses are carried out in each and every step of
the manufacturing process.
The product is presented to the consumers with
assurance of HACCP (Food Safety System) and GMP (Good
Manufacturing Practises) under the supervision of
Food Engineers
5 Gallon Bottling
Technology
Our trained personnel control the bottles thoroughly
before and after the filling process.
The controlled bottles are placed in the double-step
bottle washing machine and after a pre-wash, they
are washed in 70 0C hot water in 12 different steps
with cleaning materials in accordance with the Food
Codex and then they are rinsed.
In the second machine, the cleaned bottles are
disinfected in 9 steps in 40 0C hot water with
disinfectants.
Finally, after being rinsed with NESTLE® PURE LIFE®
water, they are ready for the filling process.
Disinfected bottles are carried to the filling
chamber via conveyors under positive air pressure
filtered through the washing machine.
Natural spring water from the peaks of Uludađ is
filled into the bottles with fully automatic filling
machines and the bottles are capped immediately.
The security seal is attached and all bottles go
through a final check.
